Overview :
Dudhi Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)
for Institutional Sales. This role will focus on selling GFRP Rebars, GFRP Cable trays, GFRP Fence
and Manhole Covers to clients in the Communication, Petroleum, and Energy industries. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of these sectors, and a proven
ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1 – Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve institutional sales targets in the communication, petroleum, and energy sectors.
- Identify and target key institutions and projects requiring Pultrusion Products like cable trays, fence, rebars and Manhole Covers.
2 – Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, industry events, and other business channels.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio
3 – Client Relationship Management :
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutional accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
4 – Product Knowledge and Promotion :
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Pultrusion Products and Manhole Covers, highlighting their applications and benefits in the communication, petroleum, and energy industries.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client training sessions as needed.
5 – Market Analysis :
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market needs.
6 – Reporting and Coordination :
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Educational Qualification : Must have completed full-time education (no correspondence courses).
- Experience :
i) – 10–15 years in government liaison, institutional sales, or business development, ideally in the
manufacturing or infrastructure sectors
ii) – Minimum 5 years of work experience in Delhi NCR in the building material industry with
project sales experience in competitive industries like Building Materials, White Cement,
Paints, Plywood, PVC Plumbing Pipes, Electrical and Switchgear, Sanitary Ware and
Bathroom Fittings, or Air-conditioning.
iii) – Prior experience in reputed companies such as Supreme Plastic Piping, Ashirvad Pipes, Asian
Granito India Ltd., Kohler, Jaguar, Cera, Hindware, TOTO, Duravit, Parryware, Eros,
Somany, JOHNSON BATHROOMS, Roca, Neycer, HP Composites, Thermodrain, Aeron
Fibre, NECO (Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited), BIC (Bengal Iron Corporation), RIF (Gola
Steel & Castings), Electro Steel Castings Ltd., SKF, Kesoram, Kapilansh, Kartar, and Heepco.
iv) – Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in each of their last two organizations.
Compensation : The role offers a competitive salary package in the range of ₹10 – 15 LPA, based on the candidate’s experience
and qualifications.
